Research up to five keywords simultaneously, discover the concepts audiences want covered, and tap into the wisdom of the Conductor Community.

There are more ways than ever for people to get the content and answers they need, but despite that competition, organic search still produces 33% of overall website traffic across seven key industries. To capture that traffic, brands will need to work even harder to ensure they’re creating valuable content that stands out from the pack.

After all, serving up content that meets your audience’s needs - whether they’re looking for information or are ready to buy - is how your brand can start building the relationship. Yet many teams still struggle to connect the dots between what their customers are searching for and how to create content that truly resonates.

Introducing our latest platform enhancements. From multi-keyword research to the most advanced content guidance you’ve ever seen, we’re giving you the keys to getting found and capturing every visitor’s attention.

Build content 10X faster with multi-keyword analysis

Creating content that truly connects with your audience takes more than just focusing on a single keyword. People search in different ways, and each variation uncovers new insights into their needs, goals, and intents. Analyzing keywords one by one can leave gaps in your content strategy—and drain valuable time in the process.

Two topics are entered within a search bar in Writing Assistant, and a pop-up says three more terms can be entered for analysis. A list of keyword suggestions populates below the search bar, ranked in order of monthly search volume.

In Content Guidance and Writing Assistant, you can search up to five keywords at once and build a broader understanding of customer intent. Only have one keyword in mind? Enter a term and we’ll automatically suggest the best keywords to add to your query. From there, our engine analyzes the top 15 search results for each term—up to 75 unique pieces of content—and tells you precisely how to build successful content. Receive detailed guidance on page health, audience objectives, schema implementation, and People Also Ask results. The result? Every contributor receives a clear, data-driven blueprint for how to frame their content so it connects with audiences.

Let’s say you’re optimizing a blog post in Writing Assistant to rank for “cozy winter recipes”. After you’ve entered your target keywords, and the URL for the existing page, Conductor instantly does two things.

  1. Research up to 75 top-ranking pages to learn the best practices.
  2. Ingest your existing copy and evaluate it.

In seconds, you’ll get a detailed breakdown of how to adjust body copy and HTML elements to boost SERP visibility, rich context about your audience, and AI-powered feedback on how well your copy answers their questions. You’ll save hours of research while being steered toward stronger, more effective content.

The most advanced content engine, now even smarter

Most SEO tools take a rigid, formulaic approach—only counting how often other pages use a keyword and telling you to do the same. But keyword stuffing leads to generic, robotic copy that likely won’t rank well, much less resonate with your audience.

In Writing Assistant, a panel on the left shows guidance for what concepts to cover in the header tags. On the right, the text editor interface includes an in-progress draft on winter recipes.

Conductor’s AI SEO analysis goes far beyond keyword counting. Instead, our engine uses large language models (LLMs) to study the semantic patterns across top-ranking content, finding the specific concepts audiences want covered, then transforms this knowledge into actionable steps you should take. While you work within Writing Assistant, you’ll get a real-time comparison between the concepts your content’s capturing and how it compares to the pages you’re competing against on the SERP. Unlike competitors that just tell you to add keywords, your team will be equipped with intelligent, genuine direction on what ideas and topics you should incorporate throughout your work.

And since our engine analyzes up to five SERPs simultaneously, you’re getting the smartest recommendations packaged in the most efficient workflows. We’ll shave hours off your content process compared to other SEO tools, helping you build higher performing content in a fraction of the time.

Pick up where you left off in seconds

Getting back into your workflow should be seamless—and with Conductor, it is. Our workflow tracking technology remembers exactly where you left off, so you can pick things up without missing a beat. Apply filters on one screen then switch to another? We’ll preserve them for you. Log out and return later? Your filters will still be there, saving you time and effort.

The Recent Places module on Conductor's home screen. Two rows of hyperlinks appear within the module, allowing users to navigate to recent projects or features.

But we go beyond just remembering filters. From Conductor’s homepage, every user gets a personalized set of quick links to their most recent work. In the Recent Places module, these links are now neatly organized into two categories for easy access. The “Your work” section takes you right back to the projects you were working on—like a content brief or writing draft. Meanwhile, the “Features” section lets you jump straight into the research and analysis areas you were using last.

No more retracing steps or hunting for where you left off—just a smoother, faster path back to your daily tasks.

Optimize keyword tracking with best-in-class efficiency

A few months ago we introduced the latest evolution of our keyword reporting, powered by our next-gen data infrastructure. It’s the only solution that combines SERP, seasonality, competitive, and historical data in one place — side-by-side — then fully automates the analysis to surface key insights. It was already fast. Now, it’s even faster.

In the Keywords report, a keywords table has three keywords selected. A light green button in the top right labeled "Actions" triggers options to simultaneously change the settings for selected keywords.

We’ve added options to manage keywords in bulk, directly from the Keywords table. You can now make critical configuration changes that ensure you’re getting the most valuable insights possible from every SERP you’re monitoring, including:

  • Setting or clearing Prime status
  • Copying selected keywords to your clipboard

With these management options available in one streamlined interface, it’s easier than ever to optimize your reporting strategy and adapt it to recent campaigns, industry changes, or competitive trends. Avoid time-consuming, manual work and help every team member stay focused on the right opportunities and threats.

Level up your technical SEO skills, on-demand

Conductor Website Monitoring is the smartest monitoring technology available. It continuously scans all your content—across every page and domain—24/7, while intelligently prioritizing issues and opportunities based on their revenue impact. And when a valuable opportunity arises, you’ll get real-time notifications so you can take action immediately.

And because this is way more powerful than your average crawler, we’ve launched a fully self-guided training course to make sure you’re getting the most out of it: Improve Your Technical SEO with Conductor Website Monitoring.

Start by exploring what makes Conductor’s tech light years ahead of competitors. Next, dive into the reporting dashboard to see how it simplifies technical health insights for your entire team. From there, you’ll learn how to build custom segments based on any on-page or performance factor—creating a completely personalized monitoring system tailored to your brand.

Plus, you’ll discover how to configure custom alerts for each team member so they see the specific website changes they’re focused on. Writers can get notified the moment content becomes stale, eCommerce teams can track stock and price changes, and SEOs can catch indexing errors before they impact rankings. If it exists in the HTML or as a performance metric, you can build an alert for it. Pretty cool, huh?

Start off 2025 by transforming your website strategy

The digital landscape might be changing every day, but one thing remains constant—search is still the most cost-effective way to unlock your website’s potential.

Winning in search now means having content that ranks across more search variants, aligns with more types of audience intent, and remains technically optimized—while keeping team, productivity at all-time-highs.

Explore these new features today and transform how you connect with your audience through search.
