Conductor AI Trust Policy

Introduction

Certain features and functionality within Conductor’s platforms are powered by AI to provide industry-leading insights. At Conductor, we have employed and maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of our customers’ data. These safeguards are validated as part of our ISO 27001 certification and Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 2 security framework audit.

Prohibition on Training

Our customers’ data is our customers’ data. Conductor has agreements in place with our Large Language Model (LLM) providers (e.g., OpenAI), which prohibit the use of our customers’ data for training their LLM.

Intellectual Property Rights in Output

Conductor assigns to our customers any rights, title, and interest Conductor may have in and to any output generated via our AI features and functionality.

Responsible Use of AI

By conducting reviews of our models and output, as well as applying due diligence, Conductor strives to provide AI features and functionality that are designed, developed, and delivered in accordance with the following five ethical principles:

  1. Accuracy: We prioritize accuracy in our models. When we encounter inaccurate output, we work to identify the root cause and take corrective action. However, we recommend that a human check all outputs before using them.
  2. Transparency: This includes disclosing when a feature is powered by AI functionality, or when decisions are being made through AI. We also support conversations with our customers about data collection, how our algorithms work, and the basis for outputs.
  3. Fairness: We work to identify and remediate harmful outputs from models used in our AI solutions, such as bias.
  4. Empowerment: Our goal is to provide platforms that empower our customers to transform their wisdom into digital experiences that help people.
  5. Compliance: Conductor continuously monitors evolving global laws and regulations governing AI, and takes measures to confirm whether our AI features and functionality, and third-party LLMs, comply.

Reviewing Generative AI Outputs

Our generative AI outputs are not automatically uploaded to a customer’s website or integrated with a customer’s data.Customers can choose to not use, revise, or regenerate any AI outputs that do not meet their standards or business needs.

Our generative AI features and functionality are designed to make our customers more efficient. However, this technology is meant to empower our customers, not replace the human judgment and creativity that drives powerful digital experiences. As such, customers are ultimately responsible for verifying LLM-generated outputs, including ensuring the output is accurate, truthful, and non-infringing. To help us improve future outputs, customers can provide feedback by using the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons where available and submitting comments.
